Fees & Pricing

It is difficult to immediately anticipate exact costs and fees for each individual's case. With regard to domestic relations cases, I charge in tenths of an hour based on an hourly rate. Recognizing the financial strains that can come with domestic relations issues, I strive to keep my rates as affordable as possible. When you come in for a consultation, we can discuss general expectations about costs and expenses; however, the total cost will depend on many various factors particular to your circumstances including, but not limited to, the willingness of each party to settle issues related to the case, the amount of court time and litigation required, the level and types of discovery needed to obtain information and documents pertinent to the case, and the various issues that need to be settled and/or litigated. I prepare Wills and other estate planning documents, as well as Deeds, for a flat rate fee.
